Miami Dolphins' Tony Sparano is a conservative coach who takes huge risks I've read a couple of the stories here & there. Too bad the writer's impact is lessend for me by one big Gaffe on the last page. It's a LOooooong one, enjoy.

Tony says we need to capitolize on momentum plays like the ricky williams pass in bufallo.? I don't wanna talk about that play again unless we win out, and so do the Pats and ravens, if you know what i mean.
Great read, he is a dedicated man and I am glad he is on our side. You always here about how much time they spend away from there families, but I never knew it was like that damm. He never sees her or his kids during the season.
Yeah, that was a big one. Cam Wake can't be happy about that. Reminds me of my senior year of high school soccer (my school was too small for futbol Americano ). Anyway, I wasn't a great player by any stretch but one game while playing left fullback I chipped a beautiful assist straight up the middle like a perfect chip shot in golf and our middle lineman took it in stride for an easy goal. My one assist. My one chance to gain some accolades in print. Stupid local paper gave it to our star center fullback who was also an all star baseball and basketball player. Oh well. I feel your pain Cameron!
Absolutely fantastic read! I love the personal side of players/coaches, and this is no different. Just to read about his crazy trip from being a security guard to HC of the Dolphins is inspiring. I really loved this article. I got to see how Sparano started off up to where he is now. I learned about his mutilple-sided personality that shows off in certain situations. I have come to understand him better now and I appreciate him more than I had in the past. He has definitely, without a doubt, has gotten a deep respect from me.
