While I'm glad he's no longer out Head Coach, I'd take him in a pure OC role in a heartbeat.

What a story, Cameron really is a great guy.

 

Its definately my religious side coming out, but its little things like this that really prove to me that God exists. The fact that a play which is dedicated to a dying kid goes to the house, is what seems like a miracle to me. Looks to me like within all the darkness there is certainly a shining light.

I know many will counter this saying if there is a God, why doesn't he just heal the kid, or why did he even ever get sick. It's not our call as to how it works, but I feel like its our job to point out the little things when they do happen. Then maybe the big things will be unleased.

And now back to your reguarly scheduled Dolphins programming....

It proves just the opposite for me. Why this kid? Why would god give him a tumor in the first place and what about all the other kids that never have a chance? Just seems cruel to me.

I do agree it is a very uplifting story and Cam is a great human being. He just wasn't a very good HC. I was also take him as OC over Henning.

 

Cam's a heck of a guy, he was too nice too make it as a HC but I don't see how anyone could hold any ill will towards the man. Really wish he could have stayed here as our OC.

 

I would be ok if the tittle of this thread was "Nice story about Cam Cameron with a brain tumor"

On another note. Are you talking about the run by Ray Rice? It was a run between the tackles.

Is that supposed to be wild and crazy or groundbreaking in some way?

Good story Cam did a great thing there two thumbs up for Camerons heart.

 

Cam Cameron has earned a lot of my respect for helping this boy (hopefully) forget about the insidious disease he is fighting, if only for a few brief shiny moments.

That's very cool of him (and Coach Harbaugh) to do that for the boy. Very cool. The fact that his plays are paying such dividends just makes the story that much more heartwarming. It also sounds as though the boy has a great attitude. Hopefully, that will help get him through this and well again.
