    So far.

Let me just say I've become a little Frustrated today as I was hoping for some Quality moves by Miami.

Let's go thru all the precursor Rumors.

    1. Boldin Ravens
    2. Bannan Broncos
    3. Rolle Giants

Are we doing anything this year, I'm starting to wonder if the FO is concerned with all the bust they have done recenlty.

Oh Did I forget to mention the losses...

    1. Porter.
    2. Wilson
    3. Adoyle

and I'm sure some others in next few days.

im surprised we didnt do any dealing for boldin. i guess 2 picks was too much with a deep draft. rolle , eh no biggy theres guys still availabe just as good, i think hes a little over rated anyways. bannan ? didnt know we were interested in him. as for the losses weknew those were coming anyways. it hasnt been 24 hours since FA started and the sky is falling. lets be patient and at least give parcells and co. a couple days before we self implode.

Vince Wilfork has signed a big 5 year deal with the Patriots.

Let's all just hope that Ross is planning some big Hollywood style party to announce our new signing???? Yeah, I'm going with that for now.

Oh, and we still have Ted Ginn, our elite runner.

I don't think we're standing pat. Bringing in Karlos Dansby is not standing pat. It means we're focusing our attention on one high dollar FA.
We were never going to engage in some sort of spending frenzy.

As long as we get Dansby, I'm a happy guy...Rolle is exceptionally overrated....definately not worth Ed Reed money....Boldin would have been nice, but the cost of the picks and the contract for a guy who reminds me of Ronnie Brown....I'll take a pass there too.

Ah yeah because offseasons are generally made within the first uh 18 hours of free agency.

You do realize that the FO doesn't always talk about what they are doing, right? And that we had Dansby at the table for an hour and a half? We can't make them sign the paper, just give them an offer. Dansby said he would visit all teams he wanted to, then make a decision.

I also expect they were on the phone a lot, just because it wasn't in the news, doesn't mean nothing happened. Chill out a bit, have a cold beverage of choice, and wait until it's over to decide it was a bust or success. This year will be odd with the cap gone, and a lot less UFA's on the market. It's really uncharted waters. Compared to recent years, most teams were very quiet today.

I'm not too surprised they didn't make waves with Boldin, they have been historically against trading picks, and he has has a lot of injuries recently. Not a good way to get on Parcell's good side.

At this point the longer he goes unsinged by us the less likely we are to sign him. At least that's how I feel atm....

Every year we have the same thread pop up on websites. Relax, its day one of a uncapped year. We aren't getting 10 free agents in miami in one day, and definitely not a big time free agent like KD.

No No No Sir Vincent! You know a reserve offensive lineman, COME ON MAN you aren't gonna make me pull up some random stat about his 22nd snap in his 3rd preseason game where he got off the ball well, to prove what a great addition he is are you ? :knucks:

The Probowl impact guys tend to happen in the first 24 and the list of those guys is down to being counted on 1 hand. Dansby, Atogwe, Clarke, A BIG maybe in A. Bryant, and that's all folks! Anyone else will most likely fall into the Green, Gerbil, Wilford bucket.

I wouldnt even consider giving a draft pick for Bolden then pay him 28 million over 4 years. I like him, but not that much.

What gets me is we ARE NOT making moves for B free agents either and they fill a need cheaply and are going elsewhere

Brian Dawkins, Den got him quick. I will look at others but right now I am responding from my phone and I have to go find the players who made it and didn't play.

Darren Sharper signed on March 18 last year.

And it looks like we got Dansby.
