NJ State Employee Pension Plan massively underfunded

    Here is a problem that every State in the Union faces, and it is born of a couple of things, the desire to spend the money elsewhere, the desire to overpromise (and under deliver) benefits to State employees, and the desire to cut taxes.

    And these are the embedded costs for only public sector employees, add in additional costs for things like Socialized Healthcare and a Climate Tax, and the average US worker will face a daunting challenge sooner rather then later.

    Thank you for that link padre, I have two very dear friends that live in NJ who are counting on that money to help them. I'll pass this along on hopes they might be able to adjust in some way.:up:
