Man when the North Pole is melting, you know something is wrong. What does that say about us Floridians? We already melt daily with every step outdoors.
I subscribe to weather underground and Doc Masters just linked this up in his blog, I bought an issue. http://www.extremeweathermag.com/ext/default.aspx the video's on this site are outstanding.. http://www.extremeweathermag.com/ext/default.aspx?c=ts&id=28 the manatoba tornado kicks butt.. so does the tree, and mini van lightning strike.. here is a link to sea ice stuff.. http://www.wunderground.com/climate/SeaIce.asp this weather site ROCKS btw.. I go there first in hurricane season and have come to trust Dr Jeff Masters predictions and forecasts. There is a TON of information here and I highly recommend it. I saved my local nexrad radar site to fav's and because I subscribe, I get a 40 image radar loop. Over the years I have saved all kinds of radar loops.. a little something for everyone...everything from fire and smoke stuff for John -FFiC, and snow ski stuff for Gregg-NJFINFAN, winter storms for Mary-njfinfan, and hurricanes for me..
Great post Marty Just watched the German jet trying to land sideways. Reminds me of a flight I was on landing in Daytona Beach in the middle of a hurricane ( by that time it was a tropical storm, I think, with the eye right off Cocoa Beach. We landed sideways; the crazest thing I've ever seen!!
