i guess we'll be getting Pennington's best this year. We will also find out how good our conditioning/workout program works.

I know it is unlikely but I would love to have Pennington at some point become our Qb's coach, I doubt he will want to stick around in 2010 as a backup. Would love to see him in Miami for the next 10 years.

He brings alot to the table imo.

And that's where the names Vincent and Victor Anderson come into play. Both are under-the-radar safeties who have the feel of college free agents with the chance to make a team. Both worked out in front of six teams at the Missouri Western Pro Day.

The Dolphins were one of the six teams.

Agent Jeffrey Wolf says Victor ran a 4.40 in the 40 and bench pressed 225 pounds 25 times -- impressive numbers for a 6-2 and 215-pound man. Vincent, also 6-2 and 215, ran a 4.42 and did the bench 23 times.

Anyway, file the names and keep them in mind.

It's really amazing to see Salguero act like he is some sort of bastion of journalistic integrity, even relative to the standards of an online message board. Being a hack is one thing, but being arrogant about it?
