God we have a winner in Philbin!! I love this GUY! He calls out his QB, his team and HOLDS PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE!! There is NO question who the leader of this team is. One missed FG from going 3-1, if this lead holds up. All hail Philbin! Calm, cool, collective and the leader of men. The leader that says if you play hard, we are going for it on 4th and 1 when he have assured points on the board. We are in for a ride the next few year fellas. The old ways are going away week after week. We are lacking in talent but excelling in energy and players buying in. I'm sold.
