http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/ryan_worth_his_weight_in_gold_Fy1W4Ect6LCWRfP7Rl5q2I His diet if broken down to McDonald's Items, would break down like this: BREAKFAST: 3 Sausage Egg McMuffins, 1 Hashbrown, 2 Sausage Burritos LUNCH: 1 Quarterpounder with Cheese, 4 Chicken Wraps, a Large Fries, One McDonalds Sundae. DINNER: 2 Big Macs, 2 Filet O' Fish, 10 piece mcNuggets, 1 Large Fries, 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie. Well..he won't be alive much longer.
Anyone have an addy where I can send him some ice cream to help him along? Funny how a guy can preach discipline when he doesn't even have enough of it himself to push away from the buffet table. Genetic disaster...
Only 3-fitty? I dont think that is possibly accurate. I was thinking easily 4-fitty to five even. He is absolutely one of the sickest obese men I remember seeing. Wonder what an absolute ***-WHOOPING against the Colts this weekend is gonna do to that straining heart...
Conversation with the team errand boy. Rex: Here's $1000 and a list, please go to the store and pick up these items. EB: Shopping for the family? Should last a few months I see. Rex: Family? Months? Son, this should last me until the end of the day.
No matter how great he is as the Jests' trigger-man, I know his heart can't possibly last long enough for them to do anything meaningful with that franchise.

Haha the ad I am seeing is for Nutrisystem. In regard to the article,I for one find it a disturbing lack of regard for his own health.
It's a combo. It's a fat man with no self-discipline, trying to act like a tough guy by sending men in way better shape than him onto the field and somehow believing that their toughness translates to himself.
7,000 calories a day is what a 700 pound man should eat a day to maintain his weight...so Rex is doubling what he should be eating. If Rex just cut down to 2,000-2,500 calories(ie a fairly normal diet) he wouldn't need to try a bunch of diets he could lose weight that way. 7,000 calories a day is just a disregard for yourself....hopefully he figures things out before its too late.
