It takes him .46 seconds to react to the light and then he hits the first heavy bag with something like 1200 pounds of force. 5x D'bricshaw Ferguson's. Then he hits the other heavy bags with is arms with 400 pounds of force. Finally he tackles the dummy with 2,000 pounds of force. Also it takes him 8 yards to accelerate to 13mph
I saw this episode before the draft. The dude is violent. When he hit the crash test dummy at the end, pieces fell off.
riddle me this: what happens when Wake & Odrick both line up on the weak side in a 3-4 or line up as opposite TE's in the 4-3?
For comparison's sake, here were Suh's numbers on Sport Science: 0.26 seconds reaction time to light triggers Heavybag gauntlet - (300lb heavy bags and crash test dummy) 3200lbs of force applied to crash dummy (more force than Ray Lewis) 6 yards to accelerate to top speed of 13.5 mph in 1.3 seconds Basically, Suh is more explosive in terms of speed, power and the rate at which he can apply force. Suh, however, is a once in a decade (or two) freak. What it tells us is that Suh is Superman, and Odrick is more like Robin, Batman's sidekick. Odrick is good, but NOT a man-among-boys like Suh is.
