I think they're having a pretty good draft so far. I think their strategy is simple. You have the choice of BPA or filling a need, right? The ideal scenario is when BPA also fills a need. The Patriots strategy puts them in position to maneuver up and down to the points where value meet need. They don't hesitate to trade down if there isn't a player they want staring them in the face. I like what Miami did trading down. Getting that 2nd back helped pay for Marshall. I think Ireland was hoping to get Dan Williams at 28. Either way, Odrick and Misi will make more of an impact than any one person we could have taken at 12. I'll make that trade all day. 2 starters for 1, with less financial risk.
It's very likely to be a tight end I have no doubt about that. Ireland going out to state that he's comfortable with the S situation could be a third day smokescreen (hate that stupid word), but TE looks likely.

Raiders are bound to hit on some picks, kind of like their draft actually, Like the MLB with the big DT in front, doubling up on tackles, speed slot guy...Could the Raiders actually be having a good draft?
Hit or miss guy.....when your stacked like they are its a good pick because if you miss? So what. I hate these f-ckers.
