Well at 8:00 let's see if we get another start to an unfair schedule. My prediction is we start Sunday night at Atlanta and Week 2 at Pats, with Jets or Bills at home week 3. That would mean 3 of 4 on the road again and the bye week coming early.
Also what will be interesting is the number of primetime games and short week games.

The league has been crapping on us with the schedule almost every season for about 25 years, so it wouldn't be anything new. We can hope for the best. After many, many years of forcing us to go to New England late in the year, that has at least evened out the last five seasons or so. We play a number of tough teams this season, but here's hoping that they minimize our exposure to cold weather games.

1. Opening day. Need a fast start.
2. How many games at home before you go to London?
3. When is the bye? I prefer later since McDonald comes back after 8
4. How is NE strategically placed?
5. Is the West Coast game followed up by a short week and a Thurs night game on the road of course. Nightmare scenario is at LA and then a short week at KC on TNFPuka-head likes this. -
Remember last year, how we played the Pats early and had 3 west coast games, 2 of which were back to back, had an early bye and we still went to the playoffs for the first time in 8 years?

lost three of three on the road (Seattle, Cincy and NE). It's every year. I just want to see what happens if it's the opposite, just for kicks and gigglesdanmarino likes this. -

About as easy a start to the season as you could hope for. Really late bye-week, but will help the team be rested for the late season playoff push. As for wins and losses, my way to early speculation is: 10-6 on a tougher schedule.
Week 1: vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Sep. 10 - 1pm Win
Week 2: @ Los Angeles Chargers - Sep. 17 - 4:05pm Win
Week 3: @ New York Jets - Sep. 24 - 1pm Win
Week 4: vs. New Orleans Saints (London) - Oct. 1 - 9:30am Win
Week 5: vs. Tennessee Titans - Oct. 8 - 1pm Win
Week 6: @ Atlanta Falcons - Oct. 15 - 1pm Loss
Week 7: vs. New York Jets - Oct. 22 - 1pm Win
Week 8: @ Baltimore Ravens (TNF) - Oct. 26 - 8:25pm Loss
Week 9: vs. Oakland Raiders (SNF) - Nov. 5 - 8:30pm Win
Week 10: @ Carolina Panthers (MNF) - Nov. 13 - 8:30pm Loss
Week 11: BYE
Week 12: @ New England Patriots - Nov. 26 - 1pm Loss
Week 13: vs. Denver Broncos - Dec. 3 - 1pm Win
Week 14: vs. New England Patriots (MNF) - Dec. 11 - 8:30pm Win
Week 15: @ Buffalo Bills - Dec. 17 - 1pm Loss
Week 16: @ Kansas City Chiefs - Dec. 24 - 1pm Loss
Week 17: vs. Buffalo Bills - Dec. 31 - 1pm Win -

Tough end to the season. 2 Pats games surrounded by the Broncos and a game against the Chiefs thrown in there. The Bills to end the season is also a concern, because even when the Dolphins are good, they struggle in Buffalo.
I love the 3 Prime time games in a row. I also really love finally getting to see a Sunday night game for the first time since they moved those games to NBC.
I could easily see a 5-1, 4-2 start to the season. I don't think the Bucs are as good as the Dolphins. -

Minimum 5 nationally televised games! Happiness! Kansas City game will be national too I think, that game will be brutal. 3 out of six to end with cold weather outdoor division games. They better start fast this year.
Bye week before the Pasties and home on Monday night for the rematch...Landry might just be right.danmarino likes this. -

That's a LOT of miles week 2-4. 3 away games in a row, west coast, up north and across the ocean. That's going to be a tough stretch for the coaches to manage all that. Hope they have somebody besides Gase and team handling all that. Trainers going to be critical during that stretch too. The rest of the year is short trips, Fluffy Hos and Pasties are the longest trips.
Have we ever played in London as the "away" team? Or do both teams lose a home game?
