No he didn't. He left points all over the field. He's a decent back up option. If he played well enough to win we win the game.

I'm sorry, Moore lost that game, he had Bess and threw it behind him, he fumbled that snap that lead for a TD.

Disagree , MM could have made plays to win the game , he didn't , multiple times , coaching could have won the game multiple times , but didn't ...

All true, seems to me we need some more talent to do much more then what we are doing, they had Dez Bryant on a critical punt return, we had DBess, they had Witten, we had Fasano.

This was a game where misses on guys like White and Turner and Nalbone come back to haunt us.

Your boy should have ran into the endzone on that last drive as well. I'll enjoy having him as a backup next season.

Theres the season. Couldn't ask more from Moore and Marshall (or any of the receivers), but lord our running game is horrid. Well see if the next GM and coach can do better.

Last possession, blowing the timeout early in the 2nd half.

    Cowboys were just better today.

I'm sorry but there's no way Moore played well enough for us to win when the Dolphins settled for 4 redzone field goals and his mishandling of a snap led directly led to a Dallas touchdown. Moore had some nice plays but he wasn't near good enough today.

No he didnt. If he's out inf ront of Bess on the third down play before we turn it over and loose the game, its a first down, and who knows. If he hits Bess in the endzone... If in the first or second quarter he runs it in, instead of throwing it away... its a different story. He left too many plays on the field with his indecision. But some want to crown him... If he plays better today, and our coaching is better, this is a win... no way we shoulda lost this game, especially with the two early turnovers. this was a 110% winable game for this team.

And Moore could have not given Dallas the ball on our four yard line.

    This game seals it, IMO.

First up, this team has to get a new head coach that doesn't not have such a conservative mindset when it comes to his coaching. You have to go for the throat. No more play calling to protect leads and the ball, particularly when the team isn't built to be that type of team. No more sitting on big leads in the first half of play like Miami did against Buffalo last weekend. We need someone that is aggressive in his mindset, isn't going to take the ball out of his quarterback's hands, and will go for the throat.

Secondly, Matt Moore is a good quarterback. I have no problem with going into next season with him as the starter. He's not good enough for me to pass on taking a quarterback high next year. If we have a shot at Matt Barkley or Robert Griffin if he declares, we need to pull the trigger. Matt is good, but he left too many throws in clutch situations on the field. Good leader, but you have to make the throws like the missed touchdown to Hartline and the missed third down conversion opportunity on the last drive to Davone Bess. Basically, what keeps him from being another Tony Romo IMO is the fact that Romo comes up with these clutch plays, even if he has played like pure crap the rest of the way. Matt Moore is resiliant. He played poorly in the first half, bounced back in the second half and played very well overall. However, there were just too many plays left on the field.

More or less this, though you give too much credit to the team. Just in the secondary alone we need two new starters.

and now you see why its important to draft luck! Winning brought us nothing, and put us out of the hunt for luck.. Moore had plenty of opportunities today and we get 3,3,0,3 in the redzone on those chances. Yes he made a nice TD but 4/5 redzones and we settle for 3.. Again this team collectively sucks.

Can't wait for Tony to get fired and the other *** hats in the front office. Even if we RUN the table now it's over no playoffs for us and with the 7th pick we will be out of the QB draft options for a sure fire talented one..

    Well away from here
The game was fumbled away when we didn't capitalize on our two first quarter interceptions. If we get a TD instead of a field goal, then we are looking a 6 point lead instead of 2. We had a chance to put this game in our favor early, and we just simply do enough to do that.

Moore had plays out there and left them on the field, he threw behind Bess on a big third down, missed that snap that lead to a TD for the Cowboys, this one is on Moore, all the Henne bashers would be all over Henne for this one. Moore also could have ran the ball in for a TD in the first quarter and threw it out of the end zone

We are just putting blame on crap. Fasano made as many plays as Witten. Bess as many as Bryant. The probl is the offense failed again the redzone--Moore and the offensive line. The defense as well as it played, failed to hold 2 leads in the 4th quarter. We missed 3 sacks. The coverage on the back end isn't supposed to be there if you let hik get out. Will Allen, Wake, and Burnett all missed key sacks. Vontae made a poor play on a Witten throw that could've been an INT. Graham made a makable FG. That's what happened.

    heunity to win late in

true , however we also had the opportunity to win on offense and defense late in the game but didn't and of course coaching also plays into it , imo.

I had a feeling that if the game was close at the end that we would lose as we have in other close games. That last Dolphin drive with 4 mins left was pityful . I blame Sparano for these close losses. He has to go.

I like Matt Moore. Not enough to be the starter next season. Not from what I've seen so far. He misses a lot of plays out there which means he is not scanning thru all his options. I'm not talking about the under pressure throws either.

However, I think he can get better. Just how much is the question.

Several little mistakes, the moore fumble, the not going for two, the not scoring a TD inside the 5 in the 4th quarter. If any one of these goes the other way we win, oh well...at least we weren't legitimately fighting for a playoff spot.

Ya. He left a lot of plays out there. The worst being the fumble. The throws hurt, but take 7 points away and it's a different game. That hurt the worst I think.
