That's right, you can select your rookie as you are one of the GMs with the 33rd pick in the draft, then skeet gets the next pick.
Are we using the #33 & #34 pick? Not to step on toes but what we could do is use the actual first round for round 1 but remove Luck & Griffin so there's no unfair advantage.... and then for the 2nd round use #33 & 34 just like you originally planned (based on Casserly's mock). Perhaps snake the picks and do 4-5 rounds using nfldraftcountdown's big board. That works for me and I think would be more interesting, not to mention allow for an extra pick. Didn't the Texans get the fist pick of the draft and use it on Carr?
because you're expansion franchises you would normally get pretty high picks, but as the 33rd and 34th franchises you guys in the pairing get those picks as your first. So at this point you just follow the mock and who isn't on there is who you would pick. If you guys really want we can find a way to do round 2 through 5 or whatever you would like after we get #33 and #34 sorted.
