American Express billing cycles are 25 days and it is common for the billing cycle to start on the 12th of a month. So yes, his Sept. Bill would have that on there. Oct. 4 would fall under the Sept. billing cycle. DO you own a credit card? Nice detective work there though.... LOL.
Someone is, they do not do pro bono work for tens of hours at least. Eh, as I refuse to give Yahoo any page hits, has the Admin been seriously implicated other then taking the big check and then returning it? And how many yrs can they go back?
and how is that relevant to any of this ****? How many years can they go back? to the beginning if they invoke the repeat offender clause. To the beginning for a whole host of reasons that the infraction committee can create.
There have been coaches implicated, which is the real problem. Most of the stuff against the players can't really stick, but the coaches may be the ones that **** Miami. Taking kids and recruits to Shapiro's house. It doesn't really matter how far they go back. Even a slap on the wrist here is the death knell for Miami football. They can't survive any sanctions.
Remains to be seen, for example the NCAA has no ability to compel anyone to cooperate with them. Brazil is nice this time of yr. We'll see, no way we slide out of this with no repurcussions SB, that is not happening, tbh I think the top programs wind up bringing in to many prospects anyway, Shannon had a fair amount of players go to the NFL who were raw as spinach, but never did much at Miami. And Sect, keep in mind "who" Donna S "is".
Some of you are in denial. I love the Canes as much as anyone, but it's tough to say these claims aren't true. The best we can hope for are the players and coaches involved to lie and deny (f*ck you Tyrone). Or for Shapiro to get shanked in prison.
It doesn't matter if the claims are true if there is not adequate proof. Think back To Maurice Clarett who initially spilled the beans on OSU. There was no proof other than his word so the NCAA did nothing. It took almost 10 years for OSU and Sweatervest to get caught. I think there is a thread of truth to what Shapiro says went on but I think he is embellishing a lot of it. The players outside of the U now being cleared shows that the NCAA does not have a lot on the current players which is good.
Oh no. Mark Emmert just did an interview where he said that "Cheaters" always contemplate risk vs. reward..and there has be THE ULTIMATE punishment for a deterrent. This mother****er is talking DEATH PENALTY?
I've also heard an interview where he referred to the Yahoo article as sensationalism. But if the NCAA determines this stuff to be true, then UM football is done. The only real hope left is that they determine most of the allegations to be unfounded. It is slightly encouraging that the NCAA is clearing the non-UM players that were alleged to have received benefits from Shapiro.
That a hooker, A. isn't on birth control, B. didn't use a condom, and C. knows which one of the dozen guys shes slept with is the father????
A. She's a dancer not hooker ( ), B. Plenty of sexually active young women aren't on birth control for some reason or another (I'm sure some "professionals" fall in this camp), C. she might not know who the father is, but I'm sure she would know who to contact (Shapiro) if she actually needed assistance or just to try and scam for some extra $.
That wasn't a hooker. it was a stripper at Pink Pony. She would absolutely NOT want to use a condom with a athlete. it doesn't matter if he was the father or not, she was on a hustle.
A stripper that has sex for money. Whats the word for that??? $500 for an abortion seems like a worthwhile hustle too.
If only I could share my stories from Spearmint Rhino ETA: do not ever go to Spearmint in Santa Barbara
The hustle is the mere threat of smearing a hurricane player (or revealing the truth)...voila...the abortion is paid.
marriage! * to be fair, that often turns into more about the Money from your pocket to her's, and less about actual SEX (self not excluded) from her to you.
College football is so funny to me, all major programs break rules...lets just be real. If ur a top 25 program imo there is a 95% chance ur program is dirty in some shape or form. Then again these players are generating millions and millions of dollars so if u ask me they deserve the perks along the way. So im not sure why everyone acts SOOO suprised when the cat rears it's ugly head from the bag. I know an ex high profile Wr from OSU who is a drinking buddy....the stuff that happened at Miami is pretty common. But u will have ppl who continue to live on denial saying THEIR program is clean. Ahhhh so funny
Really good read that pokes some holes in the yahoo story. http://allabouttheu.wordpress.com/2...ile-often-failing-to-substantiate-his-claims/ For those throwing out the Death Penalty stuff, here is a pretty good mention about that: And that doesn't even include the fact that the SMU thing was a huge disaster for all parties involved and something many people feel the NCAA regrets.
ESPN, CNNSI, etc. should be ashamed of themselves for not attacking the Yahoo! report but instead piling on the death penalty sensationalism.
Decent piece with holes of it's own, but he misses the point. AT THIS POINT, it is no longer about the truth, or the "evidence". it is about politics. and the simple FACT is that USC, OSU and UF are more "important" than UM. if they WANT to throw the book at us...they will. and nobody can stop it.
It doesn't matter. They still need actual evidence. It took 4 years for the NCAA to uncover the paper trail for Reggie Bush. Ohio St. didn't even get in trouble for the car allegations, they got in trouble because they found incriminating emails from Tressel. Now they may certainly want to throw the book at us (although I disagree and think they don't), but they need at least something tangible to have any footing.
Anyone know if the U 30 for 30 will be on ESPN anytime soon? Seems like they would want to capitalize off the recent story and I want to watch it again. If not, anyone got any links?
