Kimbo is going to lose when he gets taken down. I would love to see a Kimbo vs Sean Gannon rematch. Why does everyone hate on Bisping? He has major skills! Sorry Mindwarp. I hope he starts feeling better really soon!
Last time I seen they interviewed White about him, he said that he thought Kimbo would get destroyed by UFC fighters. I wasn't aware he was looking to bring him in.

Kimbo signed a recent contract for 4 fights with EliteXC, and they are actually paying him on par with some of the top 15-20 UFC fighters....about 150,000 per fight.
And that is exactly what will happen if he fought in the UFC. Kimbo is a joke IMO. Any fighter with any skills can beat that guy. I'd love to see him go up against Chuck Liddell or even Keith Jardine at this point, but then I don't think Lidell or Jardine would even want to stopp down to the level to fight a Kimbo. They're too busy fighting world class fighters.
Bisping is good. Don't get me wrong, and I've always thought he belonged in the middle weight divison. He can't excel against he likes of Rashard Evans, Lidell, Rampage or Forrest. He could be great in the middleweight class. I think he might put up a good fight against Anderson Silva. Most of the hate that Bisping gets is because of his fight with Matt Hamill and how he won. Not only how he won, but the way he talked and carried himself afterwards. Hamill was clearly robbed, and Bisping keeps talking **** like he killed Hamill. I want to see a rematch of that fight very much!

Only if he can get the clinch he had on McCarthy and not let it go. that seems to be Franklins only real weakness. I'm still bit time suprised at Franklins submission defense. Still shocked that he got out of Lutters armbar. I mean Lutter is world class and had that armbar set in. Perfect roll and transtion out of it by Franklin, color me amazed at it.
yeah I still am shocked he got out of that. But to say Lutter is world class.....well he needs to get some world class cardio training. Dude got totally winded in less than 2 rounds. I don't think his heart is in it totally to be at the top of the game in this sport. First he can't make the weight in a TITLE FIGHT agains Silva, and then he gasses in less than 2 rounds in a big fight for a step toward another title chance.
Well yeah by world class i definitely didn't mean his cardio. I just meant his BJJ. Obviously the guys heart isn't in it. First he fails rto make weight for a WORLD TITLE shot and then gets gassed really one round into what could've amounted to a contender shot for him considering the talent or lack thereof in the MW division.
The fight I'd love to see is GSP moving up in weight to fight Anderson Silva. I'm still feeling for Serra, who is probably having a real hard time breathing today after those shots to the ribs from GSP's knees...LOL
Well if he wouldn't have punked out on Hughes he'd be healed by now of the wounds Hughes would have given him and they prob. wouldn't have been as bad. So....
I know, he doesn't have a shot at beating Hughes. I predict we'll never see the Hughes/Serra fight. Serra will probably go back to 155lbs and linger down there....hoping to run in to another annihilation, this tive vs BJ Penn.
kimbo is a side-show...not a pro-athlete he would never be any sort of competitor or major player in any division.
matt lindland is the only guy imo, who'd have a shot at Silva, a ridiculosly good grappler with insane defese and can stay away from silvas onslaught....who wont EVEN TRY to stand. bispings clinch wont work on franklin. frankin wins that fight.
Bisping is a very good striker. I think he's probably better at striking than Franklin. I believe it would be good fight.
I dont think he would stand a chance either. And Kimbo could be a professional fighter if he ever worked with a legit camp and worked on a take down defense. Thats all Liddel is and its worked out well for him before.

bisping is a good all around fighter...good defense, very polished. but dont be fooled for a second by what he did to mccarthy. franklin has more business fighting 205 than bisping. despite dropping from 205, he's not the stronger man. that fight would see franklin pounding bisping from his guard for 3 rounds in a pretty boring fight. bispings best shot in that fight...stand-up...still would favor franklin imo. bisping, much like a lot of the TUF guys, doesnt have any sort of great ko power. and i really cant see him hammering away and forcing a tko. its just a good match-up for franklin imo.
I have to slightly disagree with this. Liddell is an accomplished wrestler but he prefers to keep it standing. Liddell is also a black belt in Kenpo, while not a widely recognized fighting style at least something other than "street brawler".

Unless they put it on spike like they did the Rampage-Hendo card, which was from London too.
I saw that, Damn that hamstring looks nasty! Sucks for Rashad Evans though, hes from my hometown and everyone here has been lookin forward to seeing him get a huge shot against a big name like Liddel.
