Hell, I’ll take it. Congratulations to the Packers. They’ve earned this win. Excellent playoff run, and a great job of getting into the playoffs by beating the Bears in week 17. Somewhere, Brett Favre just threw something in rage. It was probably intercepted.
Can we give the whole "refs are in the Steelers pocket" stuff a rest now? Grats to Green Bay, helluva team winning it all after such an injury plagued season!
Great game, happy for GB they had a lot of things to overcome and they are hoisting the sticky trophy.
Can you imagine how it feels to be a Packers fan right now? They beat a division rival just to get into the playoffs, beat that same rival to make the Super Bowl, and then beat “Sixburgh” to win the trophy named after their greatest head coach.
Rodgers won the MVP. Well deserved. Goodell looks relieved that he doesn’t have to present the Lombardi to Roethlisberger.
Well, hopefully AaronRdogers#12 checks in, they came a long way from worrying about "Brett Favre owns us"
FOX postgame airing a quick Tom Arnold segment where he’s shoveling the snow from New Meadowlands Stadium in preparation for the 2014 Super Bowl. Safe to say the media isn’t very wild about cold weather football in February.
Is there a press conference being aired somewhere? My local FOX station switched to Glee. I switched to Pawn Stars.
Really classy. Same goes for Polamalu, who took a lot of the blame. Talked about how he blew his assignments.
The Packers did a really good job game planning. Now imagine how they’ll do when they get those 15 guys back from IR, plus their 2011 draft picks. Same here, I thought the Ravens were better as a whole this season. Not sure about going forward; Ray Lewis and Ed Reed aren’t getting any younger.

Surprising for a WR that had so many drops. Rodgers had a great game, but I think Pitt was really fortunate that Jermichael Finley was injured. If he had played then Pitt would have been almost defenseless trying to stop both him and Jennings. As it was Jennings had a few big plays despite facing a ton of double coverage. There's really no defense for an accurate QB that gets the ball out quick and has a #1 WR and a fast receiving TE.
Nelson made some really good plays. He dropped a few as well as you noted. If had held onto some of those, I think he could have been serious MVP candidate. Pack needed him to step up when Driver went down. Was a gritty Pack performance, losing him as well as defensive leader Woodson, and even Shields for awhile. With Woodson and Shields down the Steelers dominated, but the Pack stepped up and took the momentum back. Matthew's strip of Mendenhall may have been the play of the game, but overall he wasn't enough of a presence to garner an MVP vote.
