-
Buccaneers welcome back LT Donald Penn (starter in 2008) and WR Antonio Bryant (2008 stats - 1248 yards, 7TD's). Two players who really came on last year and we hope can improve even further in the next.

Chargers welcome two big dogs to our o line...
We signed Kevin Shaffer and Andrew Whitworth for $300,000 each... bargains IMO... and since they are $300k, they can be released at anytime should I feel the urge... My o line now looks like this...
LT McNeil
LG Dielman
C Hardwick
RG Whitworth
RT Shaffer -

Rams want to welcome DT Shaun Cody. Cody has been disappointing but we hope a change of scenery and guidance under Steve Spagnuolo will help him become the player he was meant to be.
-
Chargers welcome Tight End Jerramy Stevens to the fray with $300,000... gifted, yet off the field issues have plagued Mr. Stevens... Norv Turner has locked him up in our basement and will feed him mutton and ale while he jogs on a treadmill and does pushups all day to stay in shape.
-
Buccaneers welcome LB/DE Chike Okeafor, and RB Justin Fargas as well as welcome back QB Luke McCown. Okeafor is a hardy vet at LB/DE who will be a cheap, capable backup who can rush the passer. He proved himself well in the playoffs for the Cardinals. Justin Fargas gives us a hard-nosed back to give starter Earnest Graham a breather. QB McCown will continue to develop under the Buccaneers.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are also very pleased to announce the re-signing of RB Fred Taylor. Taylor at the twilight of his career, will be a nice compliment to Maurice Jones Drew......earlier this offseason the jaguars traded fred taylor and his 9m in salary to the steelers for larry foote. So re-signing him for 750k and getting larry foote feels like a steal for the jaguar organization.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are proud to announce the return of Antwan Randle El to the Pittsburgh Steelers family. We would also like to welcome Dominic Rhodes, Tyler Brayton, Raheem Brock, and Aaron Halterman to the family.
(And it was 5 mil. ) :pity: -
The Chicago Bears would like to welcome six new players into the Bears family.
Defensive end Kevin Carter will bring instant veteran leadership and very good depth to the defensive end spot where he is expected to compete heavily for playing time.
Larry Izzo, the best special teams player of his generation, will make an instant impact and will also provide depth at the linebacker position.
Super Bowl hero David Tyree returns from injury to be a productive member of the Bears retooled wide-receiving corps.
Joining him will be former Eagle Hank Baskett who is another young receiver who is just now ready to break out and become a star.
Two offensive tackles have also joined the team. George Foster started almost all of the Lions games last season and was the best member of the line. Add his young age and upside to the mix and it is a surprise that he was able to be signed so cheap.
He will be joined by Frank Omiyale who stepped in as a starter for Jordan Gross last year for the Carolina Panthers and filled in great.Vengeful Odin likes this. -
Bengals Bag Five, Move Housh, in early Free Agent Action
11:44 a.m. March 1, 2009
CINCINNATI, Ohio (AP) -- Only hours after bringing TJ Houshmanzadeh into the fold, the Cincinnati Bengals shipped the veteran wide reciever to the Atlanta Falcons for a second round pick.
Free of Houshmanzadeh's contract numbers, the Bengals immediately parlayed those savings into a number of veteran players, including former Giants Grey Ruegamer and James Butler, veteran center Matt Birk, and role players Ronald Curry and Keith Davis.
These players join a Bengals roster that has been nearly completely turned over this offseason, save for key franchise players like Carson Palmer and Leon Hall.
Additionally, Co-GM Vengeful Odin had these words to say about the recent Bengal signings.

The Packers are pleased to welcome WR Andre Davis, OL Pete Kendall, OL Mark Tauscher, RB Kevin Jones, FB Tony Richardson. All were signed for the league minimum. The Packers also welcome LB Andra Davis.
Packers GM gish had the following **** to say, "yeah, they were all cheap as ****. each of them will be a significant contributor to making this team better. If I tell Tony Richardson to block 3 guys at once for the league minimum, then thats exactly what he will do. Andre Davis is already best friends with Aaron Rodgers. they met just now while I was talking, and you can just tell that Andre is gonna catch 15 TDs this year." -
