Maybe on some level...except that Brock has pretty much been booked to lose since he came back. Unlike Goldberg who was undefeated for over a year. Ironically enough, this makes me more interested in tonight than anything they had planned. I won't happen but it wouldn't e the first time that a performer pissed Vince off to a degree of burying him on live television. Vince seems too smart for that and too old to pick fights at this point...but still.

Maybe this is the catalyst to get Brock to Undertaker instead. Punk can call UT out, UT answers and is attacked by Heyman's other charge, getting his arm broken and giving Lesnar a much needed boost as a monster. THE monster that put an end to Taker for good. Voila...Wrestlemania 30 nw has a marquee matchup and you spend the rest of the next year letting Brock murder people dead and having Heyman repeat in every promo, about it.

Yeah the more I think about it it think it's a work or just false information (but I could be completely wrong). I mean why would Rock walk out on the WWE? He has the company by the balls, getting paid millions of bucks to work limited dates, has creative control and basically calls his own shots and knew he was losing to Cena since last year.

I don't think Vince will bury The Rock because The Rock brings in tons of money for him and extra media buzz. The WWE needs The Rock more than The Rock needs them.

I agree, and if the Rock really means he came back for the fans, this is a bad way to show it.

Yeah, the issue wasn't ending Goldberg's streak, the issue was how they booked him once it was over. Which is what worries me about Ryback now and why I was so shocked he lost last night.

And of course Vince is petty. Why else would you pay Brock millions of dollars to have him job in his first match back? He wanted to "prove" that his guy top WWE guy (Cena) could beat a UFC fighter. Hell I'm shocked the WM29 match between Triple H and Lesnar wasn't in an octagon and fought under UFC rules. And not only is Vince paying millions to make himself happy he's losing even more money by it.

Oh I think the information about him missing Raw is very accurate, I just don't believe he report about him being upset and walking out. Something else is going on. I had to be.

so Taker, Kane, Bryan vs Shield at ER? Would be interesting if it happens, first taker match not at WM in a while. Would be cool too see. Personally I would like to see taker one more run for taker through WM, even if he only wrestles main PPV or in tag matches

Ziggler should have won the title last night, not tonight. Makes no sense not to cash in on the biggest stage of them all, especially for someone like Ziggler

Looks like the Bleacher Creatures are at Raw tonight, doing a old fashion roll call. Feel like they are at yankee stadium. Randy Orton/Shemaus match is so bad that the crowd chants for cole!

Edit: they are singing Fandangoo theme! Greatest crowd ever! Makes me happy as a new yorker, yes raw is in Jersey but a lot of them are new yorkers too! This crowd is making watching raw fun! great stuff

Best Raw...maybe ever. I am not even joking. This crowd is insane. From the relevant chants, to the Yankees roll call chants, to the Randy Savage and Cotton Candy chants...just insane.

And they are correcting their mistakes from last night with Barrett winning it back and Ziggler getting his title. I was thinking about it though, I think Miz might be undefeated at WM, technically so him winning last night keeps that in tact.

I got no problem with Ziggler winning the night after WM. The crowd was better for it tonight. And WWE has done a great job of re-setting and starting new storylines. Perhaps their boring WM was truly their season ended like yesterday-year. This makes two post WM Raw's that have been incredible.

Humming Fandango's theme...wow. It's like every drunken frat party ever.

I agree, this was the greatest Raw I have seen since the Attitude era. Had nothing to do with the story lines or the matches, all crowd. They were amazing! They need more crowds like this! made up for No Rock, No Brock, No HHH. Loved it!

Yeah great crowd, even better than the Miami crowd the night after last year's WM.

I think the smart money is still on Rock/Brock at WM30. If they were going to switch things up he probably would have attacked The Undertaker tonight. Long shot is Brock attacks Punk next week sending Punk on a mini vacation.

Agreed with Ziggler, him winning at WM would have been a much bigger moment and more meaningful. Hopefully he's given a nice run and his legs don't get cut out from under him.

Regarding The Miz title win, I think it was just to try and get a few more people to order the show with a baby face winning the title. And Miz isn't undefeated at WM if you want to count the preshow where him and Morrison lost to the Colons.

I thought the Ryback "turn" was well done, I was worried they would have nothing for him but good to see he's back in the title match picture. I bet they run a 3 way at ER first though. An yes Cena's new shirt is beyond awful.

I also love how they continue to push The Shield as a big deal and it looks like they should be winning the tag titles soon. I would be shocked if Taker wrestles at ER though, He should be saving as many bullets as he can although he wouldn't have to do much in a 6 man tag.

Loved that they hummed the fandango theme, because I do the same.

I enjoyed the Miz/Barrett match, namely because I feel that the IC belt should have some clout and have it change hands in the first Raw of the WWE year, gives it some. Now defend it once a month on Raw for ****s sake.

Ziggler cashing was great. Great way they set it up too.

Cena as champ won't be so bad. I seem to gain interest when I hate the current champ. I am sure there are many fans like me that root against faces that are "actually" heels.

As for WM30...

Why wouldn't they set up a Rock vs. Taker? Makes too much sense. That way you will actually have a large contingent of fans that would want the streak to go.

Rock/Taker has been done way too many times in the past and for whatever reasons the matches have been very boring. They just don't have chemistry together. Plus The Rock basically gets to hand pick his opponents now and he's friends with Brock and that's who he wants to wrestle.

I will say without the crowd RAW would have been very "eh". The crowd is what made RAW fun as none of the matches were that good and the crowd really couldn't give a crap about them. Which shows you how out of touch with the fans and product the WWE is right now. I truly hope over towns take note of how the NY, Miami, Philly and Chicago crowds are because it really evaluates the product. It's just too bad that besides Ziggler winning the title they weren't given a match they really wanted to see.

At least based on the Twitter buzz, the WWE could turn Fandango into a pretty big star if they book him right. People are actually warming up to his character off of last night's crowd. I really hope singing his song during his matches becomes a thing for awhile.

Here's hoping that Triple H doesn't interupt him in his next match and bury him right?

Fandango must be the most hated man on the Roster for the likes of Kofi, Ryder and other mid carders who was left off the PPV

Kofi and Ryder's been getting the shaft so many times it's a wonder they're still there.
