Has anyone heard anything concerning any differences in the approach, of the players, to the off-season, since the start of the Gase era? Has Gase said anything?
I realise this is probably, mostly player-drivenor personal thing, but a committed and ambitious approach to training or making good use of the off season is, to me, one good marker of a changing or strong culture.
I realise this isn't something easily broadcast, but wondered if anyone had heard anything.
Cheers.

Well, after the Patriots won the SB Belichick was heard saying, "no days off." and also said they were 5 weeks behind the rest of the league for next year.
That's the type of stuff you want from our leaders. I don't expect Landry to slack. Tanny either. The more players that buy in, the better.SocaCasualuk, resnor, Unlucky 13 and 1 other person like this. -
I do not think there has been a year since I have been a Dolphin fan with the internet that I haven't read about all of the hard work the team puts in the offseason.
Also, every year they get a new regime, how everything is different now and they were not as close and/or worked as hard under the last regime.
Long story short, I hate the offseason.Puka-head, jdallen1222 and Pauly like this. -

what sucks is Tannehill basically can't practice

Hopefully the off season culture has changed. We really will not know until the players report to camp. I think Gase changed the culture when he got rid of the two guards right after they both sucked during a game. After that, the players started playing with purpose and intensity.
