Pryor returns to his homestate that was a little too "country" for him... With Iowa losing the winner of this game will be in good shape regarding a Rose Bowl berth. I dont expect much scoring since both defenses are amongst the best in the nation, and both offenses amongst the worst. Ohio State 22 Penn State 15.
Wich game you watching? Bama LSU or OSU Penn state? Whats the O/U for these games combined? Ill say 49
Their offense hasnt been so hot in Big Ten play....PSU has a habit of looking like a great offense until it plays a good defense.
You mean pretty much like most teams in the country? And I don't know what games you watched aside from Iowa, but PSU put up very good offensive yardage in every big ten game this year (excluding against Iowa). They even still had good yardage against Iowa, turnovers were the problem though.
?? The good offensive teams in the country normally play good offense against most teams they play.. Not once this year even against bad defenses did I think Ohio States offense looked good.
Because they have the 64th best offense in the country with a QB who struggles to complete 50% game in, game out. Penn State doesn't have anything close to one of the worst offenses in the country.
I dont care what there "ranking" is either...they arent even close to being the 24th best offense in the country.
Yea, I would say Garrard is a much better passer and Clark a better runner. His draft position will be interesting.
There are more conferences in this nation than just BCS conferences. You can't change what you said. Just admit you were wrong and exaggerated.
I will edit my post as follows: "One of the worst offenses in the country against an under average offense in Penn State" -there ya go
That was not a TD by Clark. He retracted the ball and was no where close to breaking the plane. Officiating has been reasonable but it could be better. Cameron Heyward is a monster and a first round pick.
Wilson is talented but injuries concern me. Gibson has a shot but he isn't putting up numbers of a 1st rounder. So id he were to be drafted it would be on potential.
Congrats Pryor, Im sure to him this was huge being the homecoming and all.....its also the first big win of his career.
No standout LB or DB either...this is true team defense. A win next week vs Iowa and their backup QB and Im smellin roses.
