Not worth drafting Schaub that high IMO.

Didn't have a choice, Rodgers, Brees, Vick, Rivers and Brady were already taken. Wasn't to high on other Qb's

Sounds like even more reason to not pick one with that pick.

That means half the league already had QBs and you could have waited. Romo would have been a better choice, too.

Don't like Romo at all, also in our league QB's get a ton of points.

Wouldnt bother with Panthers D, you could probably find a sleeper skill player there like an Andre Roberts or Jacoby Ford or at the very least Peterson's handcuff backup Toby Gerhert.

Heap's numbers declined last year in Baltimore. He goes from competing with Dickson and Pitta for catches to competing with Housler and of course Fitz's 10-12 targets per game. Jared Cook, Jermaine Gresham, Brandon Pettigrew, hell even Anthony Fasano would all be better TE 2 options imo.

Im not a Romo fan but he is a great fantasy QB and imo would have been a better selection then Schaub.

Funny that everyone I know who had 1st pick ended up with Greg Jennings in the 2nd round. I suspect Jennings will drop off from 12 TD though as hes usually between 6-8 and his catches/yards may drop with Finley healthy. I might consider trying to move a package of him Steve Johnson who Im also not very high on for 2 players I felt better about like a Marshall or a Miles Austin + another good WR1 option

Romo has been a top 5 fantasy QB for the last 5 years, not counting 2010, when he was injured. But his 2010 numbers extrapolate out to something like 5000 yards passing and over 30 TDs.

There had to be better WRs on the board than Jennings at your 2nd pick.

Well here are my top 10 WR rankings so I don't think it's unbelievable.

    1. Andre Johnson
    2. Calvin Johnson
    3. Roddy White
    4. Larry Fitzgerald
    5. Hakeem Nicks
    6. Greg Jennings
    7. Miles Austin
    8. Vincent Jackson
    9. Reggie Wayne
    10. Brandon Marshall

And I don't mind posting this now because all my drafts are done. :tongue2:

With the Manning news, I'd be tempted to bump up Mike Wallace to 10 (Marshall to 9) and move down Wayne to 11-12.

Well, if you want to base it on last year's numbers alone, that's entirely reasonable. I have a hunch his numbers drop, do to the fact that I think Green Bays young WRs take a more prominent role in the offense this season. I think he'll have a similar drop in TD production to his 2009 season. Because of that I put everyone on your list except Reggie Wayne in front of him, along with -

    Mike Wallace
    DeSean Jackson
    Kenny Britt
    Dwayne Bowe

A Johnson, C. Johnson, White and fitz were gone, I had Jennings above Nicks because the Giants are a mess. I did toy with Austin.

I actually think that Dez may supplant Austin as the #1 in Dallas this year.

If I were basing it on last year's numbers, Fitzgerald wouldn't be cracking the top ten and White would be the #1. I like all those players, they're just not top 10 to me. Well I am not a Kenny Britt fan because of his mental issues, but beyond that...

I like Mike Wallace and I think he is #11 and I would be fine with dropping Wayne and moving up Marshall and Wallace honestly. And with the Manning news, I'd be likely to do just that.

DeSean Jackson is a big play guy, he'll get you big points or no points. Considering 20% of his yardage came in one game last year... I'm just saying I like consistency in fantasy football.

Kenny Britt, as I listed, not a big fan of his. You can get him late and it's a boom or bust pick in my mind. I'd be hesitant to roll with him as a WR3 to start the season.

Dwayne Bowe is a guy who I would put in the top 15 no question, but he really blew up last year and I question if he'll be the fall 2010 Dwayne Bowe or the winter 2010 Dwayne Bowe. Just a few question marks surround him is all.

If this Isn't reaching on picks I don't know what is. Shaub 3rd round? Ingrim 6th? He went in the 10th in my draft. You actually used your 8th pick on the dolphins defense??? They weren't even looked at in my league besides by me so I got them in FA. You know its based on turnovers and big plays not YPG. Then a kicker next, and another one? Sir, your on crack cocaine.

I have to agree. Taking a kicker, any kicker in anything but your last 2 rounds is inexcusable. Just no valid reason for it whatsoever. Unless you're in a keeper league and are saving a serious upside guy for your final pick if you get to keep a player in the round you drafted him.

And Fins D in the 8th is pretty crazy too. Shocked I didn't notice that. I think Greg Jennings and Schaub caused me to not look any further.

Ingram in 6 isn't that bad though. That's pretty average for where he went in all my drafts. Some earlier.

In the three drafts I've seen, Ingram has gone in the first 6 rounds in all 3 drafts. (one of those was me in 6th round). Mark Ingram has the potential to be a really good fantasy back and his stock has been rising. I targeted him in the 6th 2 nights ago and someone picked him at end of the 5th round.

Ingram went the very pick before I was planning to pull the trigger on him. :( Think he will be big (in fantasy value at least) this year.

Actually, I had 3 players (including Ingram) where this happened in my draft.

I think in a PPR league Id have to take Bowe or Colston over Vincent Jackson. V Jax much like DeSean Jax catches a lot of big plays but not a volume of passes. With bowe you have no other threats to him making a ton of catches this year with Moeaki done and Colston while hes an injury risk is no more so a risk then Jackson is.

^Too high for Wayne IMO with Peyton being out. I would've taken a HB depending on who was there.
