Ronnie and Ricky both look to be in very good shape. Ronnie doesnt look overweight like he did coming in the last couple years.

Its hard to really tell any differences in Beck with those few photos there. Just nice tos ee some pictures though from practice

Thanks for sharing. I did notice that in the pictures John had the ball higher than Josh. Hopefully that is the result of all the offseason work with Lee, but pictures can be decieving so I will have to wait to see for myself before rushing to judgement.

I noticed Ronnie has no type of wrap or brace on his knees whatsoever.... He must be very close to completely recovered. :)

 

That last pic of Beck looks good. It seems to be a more over the top release than sidearmed. And it looks like his release point is above his shoulder. That should help improve his accuracy.

Na, i would never see Ricky as the roids type. I think people would immediately be able to tell too because hes normally extremely mellow. Hes prob still a beast in the weight room.
