http://www.miamidolphins.com/newsite/aquavision/aquavision.asp?category=1&mediaid=42114 I'm sure our workout program is tougher than a lot of other NFL teams with Bill Parcells and company. But its nice to hear someone coming from another team talk about how tough our workout program is compared to what they're use to.

Not surprising. Former players (Like Del Rio) tend to be softer on the players than guys that made their name as purely coaches. The former players know that many current players do not want to be worked hard the way a Parcells program works you. Alot of players feel that the ability they have entitles them to decide what they will and wont do in the off season.
while it may be a fluke, last year's lack of injuries seem to be proof in the pudding... we had our major injuries, like Smiley and Donald Thomas to broken bones, can't do much about that... but whether our guys were too scared to admit to them, or whether the tough training caused strengthening, we didn't seem to have too many things like hamstring pulls or strains and stuff
lmao @ about the 3 minute When Tony says "definitely i think with me and phil and those guys we are going to give offensive line a lot of trouble" then he gives a little laugh thats hilarious. like the olineman dont know whats in store for them.
