You know...this looks like it has potential; it seems to have some wit, and the premise is interesting, if not unique. It's all going to depend on the execution, in particular, the writing.
I don't read Diana Gabaldon, but she is immensely popular and enjoys crossover success that you don't often see in romance-genre writers.

Anyway. My wife is huge fan of the books. I think she's read 5 or 6 of them... so I'll be watching this -
My wife absolutely loves the books, but we don't do pay channels. I'll likely buy the Blueray when it comes out for her.
