NO, I'm not saying we will win the game or that Parcells hiring just makes the team better all of a sudden. BUT, perhaps guys will play their asses off to show the guy who ultimately decides their fate that they belong. This could inspire the Dolphins to play harder - along with the fact that this game carries historically significance for our franchise. Just a thought. Hell, I'm looking for anything to give me hope that we knock N. England off their pedestal.
I heard it on ESPN yesturday that Parcells has to fullfil all his contractual obligations with ESPN and radio first until the regular season ends.
Yeah... Heard the same thing... Also, I read somewhere, the Herald I think, that he will not be actively involved until his press conference next Thursday...
I don't think any of the Phins should feel their jobs are safe, so if I were them I would being playing like my job was on the line, because with Parcells it very well may be. I am sure he will be watching this game and the tapes after to see who wants to be a part of the future. I also think Cam's future may hinge on these last two games. How sweet would it be to knock off the Pats!!!!!
Yeah, he's got to go through with his scheduled TV and radio appearances. I believe his last obligation is the Monday Night Football pre-game stuff.
