    There is the light-as-a-feather, don't-mind-me insignificance of Dan Quayle. And then there's the iron-fisted, policy-setting dark eminence of Dick Cheney.

    Not all NFL executive vice presidents are created equal either. And what kind do you suppose Bill Parcells is going to be as he looms over first-year NFL head coach Tony Sparano?

    Parcells is Vladimir Putin. He may not be "president" per se but he controls all. The rest are his puppets.

    Say what you want about Cheney, but he accomplished what he set out to do, however immoral it was.

    I can think of about 1,000,000 things to say here, but I'm going to keep my mouth shut. It's best if I stick to talking about the Dolphins.
