The impact Parcells has on an organization is amazing. It is like a new sheriff in town or when a teacher walks into the room all of a sudden the chaos comes to a halt and every one takes notice. Ive noticed a change in the message boards and read about changes in the players demeanor. Before there was constant arguing, chaos , everyone was trying to play coach ,there was no structure , there were constant controversies developing over postions, the fans seem split as well as the team. Since getting Parcells and his traits of guidance and leadership the players seem discliplined and under control and on the message boards I've noticed a unifying calming effect amongst fans,I am noticing a lot of fans saying "Hey whatever players or coaches parcells wants is cool with me." IMO the respect Parcells draws is the factor that will reunify this organization. With the addition of Parcells a 1-15 team somehow went from being a disrespected team to become a respected team around the league without even playing a game. Leadership is something that has been missing around here for quite some time.I enjoy the new confidence and security spreading through our team. Does anyone else feel this?

I haven't heard any of t he players complaining about him? From what I read players are excited he is part of the organization. When ever analysts or players or other coaches speak of him to me it is always in a respectful manner. I mean telling Parcells he doesn't know what he is doing when it comes to football is like saying Manning or Marino don't know how to QB.
