So what this translates to, Parker is a *****, because he's always been hurt whether his agents wants to admit it or not, and he's not doing what he's supposed to do to get involved on the offense. Takes two to tango here. But if the agent wants Parker out of there, I don't think he's really helped the situation here as much as he may have thought he was. Especially with injuries to Wilson and Stills, sadly it looks like Parker may have to stay... although maybe that's why the agent is going off on a rant, maybe they've been informed he's not being moved now. I dont think it's a secret Parker has never wanted to be here since he was drafted

That article talks about them only having two active receivers and having to leave Drake in the slot. I wonder how many times Tannehill said, "Put me in coach...I can catch the ball!"

One season without having a circus in the locker room would be nice.

Read the article before commenting and after reading, it’s time to cut strings with Parker. Not because he’s injured; not because he’s a busy; not because he’s underperformed but because of the drama. Granted, the NFL and professional football is a business but a team is also a family. Right now, our family is so disfunctional that the LAST thing we need is any more drama in the locker room.
If Parker were to immediately fire his agent and publicly decry his agent’s comments, then I would reconsider but I don’t see that happening.
Time to put Parker on the market and see who’s interested. -
Cut him, he sucks. Even when he plays, which used to be josh Gordon levels of never, he has no fight. Terrible pick , move on.

Cutting him is an option but its precisely what Parkers goal was by having his agent say that. Hes trying to force our hand. I dont really feel like playing into that. Put him on the inactive list and tell him to stay home for awhile.
We clearly aren't getting good value for him, but it's still possible to get a decent low round pick or maybe a trade for OL depth or for another disappointing player we can try to revitalize.Irishman likes this. -
Another wasted pick that will never pan out.

Parker's agent is just trying to hurry the process. It's a valid move on their part, but as a fan, I say **** it - set your price and don't let a **** malcontent player dictate terms. At least Ajayi actually DID something for the team, Parker has been a monumental bust. Set your value and let things play out.resnor likes this. -
Honestly, I would jump for joy if we could get a 4th. A 5th seems like realistic ask. Maybe we get a 6th that could become a 5th. -
As for being too high to even call - that's the job of a GM. If they aren't even bothering to inquire, why are they getting paid? -
Honestly Devante Parker is doing the right thing, dare I say the grown up thing here.
. “But Parker told reporters today that he didn’t authorize his agent to make that statement and doesn’t agree with it.
“I don’t feel that way about coach,” Parker said, via Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald.
Parker said he’s not going to fire his agent, but he does wish his agent wouldn’t have inflamed the situation.”
Good for him, now go out and help this teamDorfdad likes this. -
What happened to Isaih Ford? I thought he looked good in the preseason. Did we stash him on practice?

Whatever Parker's previous history, and whatever we have thought about him, what's best for the Dolphins right now is clear, we need him to show up on Thursday and be our WR1. He needs to go out there and ball. And if he does, well, success heals a whole lot.
He's rooting for you Parker!
