http://www.nfl.com/news/story?id=09000d5d80f48fa8&template=without-video-with-comments&confirm=true If Peppers heads to New England us New York & Miami fans can join together in watching New England go on another 19-0 run while we compete for a Wild Card spot, no matter if the Jets or Dolphins are able to land Cutler.
We've all heard this before... First it was Colvin, then Thomas and now its Peppers. Let them give up high draft picks for aging vets who want a huge payday. I'd be more concerned with them hanging onto all of their top 4 picks and infusing a boatload of quality (and cheap) youth on their roster. Peppers will be nothing more than another LB in New England who fails to live up to the hype surrounding his arrival.
Yeah because that thought process is so much more irrational than conceding the division upon his (proposed) arrival in New England.
C'mon fellas just because we hate the Pat's is no reason to downplay the fact that he is an All Pro player and he is NOT old. Only thing we could hope for is him not adjusting to the OLB position well, if he does then yea they will be winning the division and likely the SB.
Listen, all I'm saying is that Thomas and Colvin came into New England with tremendous hype and failed to live up to it on the field. I'm not saying with any type of conviction that this will be the case with Peppers, but I'll hold off on conceding the division.
