THis is being blown out of proportion as so many things are today.
It's clear this is a joke where they are marking up a friend that's passed out... probably drunk of his/her arse. I've been to parties like this back in college where the whole idea is to mark everyone with absurd stuff. Grafiti parties. It's a prank yet here we have this being presented as if it was some political statement being made by this ditzy blonde.
There's no telling what part of all that she even wrote on the person.
This type of stuff irks me quite frankly. No reason for this chick to get canned.
On another note, when will people realize that posting pics of any party your at on a publicly accessed website is a really bad idea?
It's not right that employers are trying to access these and make determinations about your professional career based on pictures from personal time but it is happening and people need to protect themselves until something is done about it.unluckyluciano, calphin, Frumundah Finnatic and 4 others like this. -
I agree I dont really see that as a huge deal or big deal or even a small deal.

This PC business is way overboard! Its a shame the girl had to lose her job.
Coral Reefer and SICK like this. -
its cuz Kraft is Jew-friendly. Can't really blame him...it's his organization, and if one of his little ditzes are taking pictures like that (IMHO they're not anything outrageous) it could scar his reputation.
-
not only is this a stupid reason to fire someone, I would also hit it! and the girl in the second pic looks like shes ready for me..
calphin, Fin-Omenal and SICK like this. -
I think it serves her right.
Just because she thought it was harmless and it was all in good natured fun (which btw, I don't see the fun in and find it incredibly immature) doesn't mean that there aren't people -her employers, jewish people- who might find it offensive.
I know someone else probably posted them somewhere either a)thinking it would be funny on a forum or facebook or myspace or whatever or b)knowing it would get her fired (after all who would send those in to their own workplace) but have some common sense that this stuff can get back to your place of employment or to future places of possible employment. -
If she was fired because she's a New England Cheerleader, and her behavior violated the Team's Code of Conduct, I can understand that. Kraft has to protect his brand - and yes, that extends to the Cheerleaders off the field. If we are going to give athletes a hard time about heading to the club, then we have to hold the other NFL employees to the same standard. I don't know if firing her was the right choice, maybe suspending her for a couple of games, that's not really my call.
That said, if she was fired specifically for the swastikas, well that's just stupid. -

If we give Adam "Pacman" Jones 15 chances, surely we can cut a cheerleader a break. She made one bad decision and she is fired.
I just think it needs to be consistent, either way. -
Alen I think you're the only one of us who has thought right this whole thread. ;)

Sad thing is that the head coach keeps his job after being found guilty of cheating. A cheerleader gets canned for a party prank.
Note: Shouldn't have read the above post.Last edited: Nov 6, 2008 -
I rather have her friend sweatpant ***.

Im sure she will be moving on to the nearest strip club......wich is great! Keep us posted so when we go to Foxboro we can get a lap dance!
:hi5: -
If she needs some help getting back on her feet, knees, back i would be glad to help. No questions asked.

Guys, In most cases Cheerleaders dont even get paid. They have the right to fire anyone they want for any reason they want. Im all for free-speech and tasteless jokes, but this is small potatoes.

If you pass out at a party, you're going to be drawn on.
Tis the rule of partying for young people. -
