Was on ESPN.com last night but I was to lazy (still am) to link it. Makes sense imo with the reports from Brady. They could end up footing a big bill for him, but it will give them insurance. If Brady is looking good later they can try and jump a trade, and if hes not, they have Cassell for 1 more year.
I doubt it would be that bad. The cap is jumping big this offseason I think, and either way its only a 1 year deal. They can take the hit.
