I think that's right, though 8-8 may bring the Steelers into play if they win.

buffalo almost took out new england earlier. they are playing with house money. plus if i was cincy and being at home i would not want to rest my players just to miss out on a bye if new england does lose, not to mention a chance to eliminate a division rival.
