If nothing else I think he's giving Grant a twitch in his neck from looking over his shoulder. If he can contribute, play him. It looks like he's going to be a player but I don't see him being just a WR or just a RB, more someone used situationally to create mismatches. My concern is we seem to have a glut of talent at that position, small quick/fast guys at RB and WR. Need some power to compliment that

 

He reminds me of a more athletically talented Kordell Stewart in that you can basically use him anywhere on the field offensively.

 

He looks like a child out there.

 

He's very shifty in the open field, can make defenders miss. Definitely can't afford to take a hard hit as he's little in stature.

As a rookie, I think he's all of the above....who knows how/if he'll develop. It's very smart to have project QB's like that though because you never know where it may lead. Hopefully he finds a position and sticks- I love watching him explode out there and it's only a matter of time before he finds the endzone.

 

It's just cool to see us getting production out of so many of our draft picks. We've had some drafts where maybe we only got 1-2 starters/contributors and I think we've got 7-8 out of this years draft alone.

 

This is true. The funny thing is I feel like we've had a lot more success with UDFA in the past than the draft itself.

 

We have two perfect compliments at that position, they just can't stay healthy.

 

Parker and Williams? Maybe, But nobody at RB and I'm looking for a Hines Ward, Derrick Mason, Anquon Boldin, type of compliment. Parker is too soft, or at least his performance to date has been, with some glimpses of being a dog. Williams too.

 

What part of his performance has been soft? I've seen a guy that if you throw the ball anywhere in bounds reasonably within his wing span hes catching it. Unless of course you throw it to the defender like on Sunday.
