I like that he knows his role and is sticking to it. He is allowing his coaches that hired to do their jobs. Good for them!!

Rodgers was gonna be what he is regardless of who's coaching him..I like what our coach is doing...

That's not true.

Rodgers changed his entire delivery when he was on the bench with the help of his coaching staff. Had the staff left his motion the way it was he might not have been nearly as successful.
