    Your right, and I think it will happen Thursday....this team is feeling it right now, I believe, and they all want to be there....I feel some signings happening soon....

    It puts some pressure on Odrick to be "the guy we drafted", but I don't think it affects the negotiations with him at all. We do have other options, heck they could even put Starks back there, which might be a better option than Odrick anyway. The DL is going to be pretty much interchangeable anyway and likely that each only sees 40% of the plays (Odrick, Starks, Langford, McDaniels, Dotson, Soliai, Baker, Ivey)... Wouldn't shock me at all...again tho, I don't see it affecting negotiations...just like all rooks, if Odrick isn't in on time, it'll hurt him more than the fins...

    I think it is when Ferguson retired and Merling out for the season. Although I didn't see Merling playing this year anyway before the injury.
