Charles "Cashless" Clay was cutting grass this off season to make ends meet. He played for Tulsa, not a football giant by any means, and does not really have a position or, has many. The 6th rounder has much to prove. Jimmy Wilson was in jail for over two years. He played for Montana, the state not the QB. The 7th rounder also has a whole lot to prove. In this day and age of the high priced prima donnas taking all the press, I am hoping these two guys make it. They are the two I will be rooting for, above all others in camp. It just feels right.
I'll pick Nic Grisgby. Know nothing about him. Not even if I'm spelling his name right. But since RB has become such a plug and play position he has the best shot, IMO.
I'm pretty sure Clay makes it unless he just craps the bed. Smith I am less sure about, but it sounds like he is definitely playing his way onto the 53. I'm rooting for Grigsby and Patrick Carter at this point. I also would like to see Brett Brackett make the team but it seems like he has already fallen off.
