Actually 62–7 is embarrassing, this was lopsided.
I suppose this means that my playoff beard has to come off now.
Who is everyone rooting for from here on out?
You're the one tossing around personal attacks, you're the one off on a rant and ignoring facts, but you think I am taking everything personally?
Dude, I used to think you were one of the best posters on this board, and you went and blew that in one day. Amazing.
I like Aikman, but Joe Buck is horrible.
He's even worse at baseball though.
If I see another qb draw for a TD, I'm going to vomit... three of them this year, three losses... not that it's the reason we lost... just sick of seeing the play.
i have to go with some of the guys from The U
Carolina and the Titans for me. I was going for Miami and Indy (just because they we're playing the Chargers)
No one. I only root for the Fins. I am just rooting for entertaining football from here on out.
I think the Titans. Fisher is a great coach, id like to see him win the big one this year after loosing that heartbreaker years ago to the rams.
Plus my gf is a titans fan, so if i know whats best for me, i should probably side with them I woudlnt mind seeing the Panthers do some damage either.
Rick, that pisses me off too.... but damn if we would've lost like this it would've stung just as much...a loss is a loss. Especially to a Ravens team that has so many punks.
Remember this crap? I broke my hand after smashing the wall a few times.
na ur beard looks sexy .....
and u better root for the ravens lol
Dudes, this has been a great board and you are both great posters. Just get past this, OK?
There was no personal attack.
Go back and read. You get to the point where you tell me not to read your stuff. Why? Because your taking it personal to me. You should know better that to tell me that Rick. I've commented to you about the realist crap for over 10 years dating back to the AOL boards or did you forget that part? Never had, or don't have a real problem with you. I've never told you to stop being you. I just told my side of it
As for me, I am hoping for a Panthers vs. Steelers/Titans Super Bowl. I can get with that...
Well now I can get back to my other passion in life, gettin stinkin drunk.
I want to see either Giants, panthers, or ravens win. Truth be told anyone but the steelers or chargers.
Congrats to the Phins for a great 2008 season. This loss does not diminish what they accomplished this year.
I had a good time on this forum this week. You guys and gals are class.
Once more, congrats. Even if I don't like all the Ravens, I have to respect what they have done this year.
Yeah, those losses hurt...but they aren't embarrassing. After a season like this, I'd rather have my heart broken than be flat out embarrassed.
Well, I'm rooting for the Chargers... and from the NFC, gotta go with the Giants after what they did last year to the Pats (I think we are all Giants fans to a degree now). I just want to see good football though in the end, I'm a fan of the game. If I wasn't a Dolfan, watching today's game after the two yesterday, somewhat of a snoozer to be honest.
I hope Tennessee crushes your team and breaks Sugg's legs. That guy is a punk. I will not be rooting for your team.
Congrats to the Ravens for the win.
I'm rooting for Washington because JT is there.............oh wait!
I'd root for Baltimore but I really dislike Ray Lewis and Suggs. Mostly Suggs. I think Ray is just aggressive and doesn't mean to be a dirty player. He's just looking to punish.
Suggs however is a little b***h. He couldn't take that Ronnie Brown actually had some heart and was trying to make a play. He had to try and smother him and intimidate him at the bottom of the pile when the play was over.
I'm sure you believe that.
Because obviously my expressing my opinions was upsetting you to the point where you were letting yourself get out of control and making personal attacks. Since I am not going to change how I post to suit your tastes, the obvious answer is for you to stop reading my posts, since they seem to upset you.
Hello, good to meet you too Skywalker. I see that you too share my enthusiasm for Star Wars.
I feel the same way about Mile High.
Grats to our resident Raven Fans. You guys *****slapped us and deserve to advance. We went a lot further than I anticipated, a PO game was icing on the cake.
Too bad the icing was so bitter.
well at least I doubled my post count from this game alone, so maybe my comments won't be followed by "u only have x posts, what do you know?"
can number 6 cracked open......
lol thats what i was expecting
Ok guys, go to neutral corners before someone puts out an eye.
Star Wars =
Oh, how I miss the old Mile High. The Broncos don't know the meaning of home field advantage anymore, and Invesco just isn't as loud (Invesco is still one of the nicest stadiums in the NFL though ).
Thanks, Crow-Magnon. Good luck next week.
Can't argue there man...
Oh well, I'm out.
I've got things to do and places to be today.
Wish I'd have given up on the game sooner so that I am not pressed for time now.
Take care guys.
Talk to you in a few weeks or sooner if the Parcells thing has any legs.
Go Dolphins in 2009
Provided you don't call out fellow fans first...
Who knows, maybe we will see you sometime OTHER than the playoffs?
Great year by the team, the Ravens deserve a lot of credit, that defense is championship caliber.
Holy crap, that's it, that's "the game" for me. That was the day I realized I was a Finfan, I didn't punch anything after the game, but I sure felt like crap when Stoyanovich missed that FG.
nope, i have to disappear into the abyss until we are in first next year
Exactly. Trick plays. I am sick of them. People say, well they set up something bigger later, and that may be the case sometimes. But today, trick plays ended at least two drives that I remember. INT's also hurt us. But at 20-9, that last end around killed our season.
