Outside of that hippy chicken footprint it's pretty cool. In all seriousness, great looking wall-e thing you have going there.
Well brother if you don't want a wall-e thing you're about a mile from where you want to be because it's the first thing that came to mind for me.
Great work, I too though of Wall-E. The gradients are well done though. I gave you great because of the animated vers.
I gave it (only) a good because of said rabbit hands. They distract from what is otherwise a very engaging design. If you made more of a visual connection between the hands and the torso, I think you have a top-flighter.
Doc, love the constructive criticism, even in the voting thread. This is what the site needs, as opposed to telling artists everything is perfect, because there is always room for improvement. On behalf of all, thanks and keep it comin.
I liked it better orange and without the hand connections to the torso to be honest. I also liked the fact that the hands look like rabbits I think that's kinda cool even if it wasn't intentional. Maybe you could put little rabbit eyes and noses on the hands
I like it, although I just noticed the poor guy has a hole in the lower right corner. Is that intentional?
Gish, I love the accent on the hands, with the gradient and the white on the bottom. Is that all one modified gradient?
ive got it set up for many different colors. the base design is neon green, which is a good base color for applying color filters without losing contrast. this looks pretty good in violet also. EDIT: i dont particularly want the hands to look like rabbits any more than they already do. each element of the design is multiple layers. the hands have 4 layers. one for the dark green/green gradient, one for the white accent, one for the inner shading, and one for the floating accent to the outside.
I hope you don't take this the wrong way but the arms look kind of noodley and weak kind of takes away a little for me . It looks like the hands are being held at shoulder level. Can you change the angle to make them look like they are being thrust out? Kind of Nixon-esque?
