Polite short yardage stats

FinNastymoderatorOPDoes anyone know the stats on Polite in short yardage situations over the past 2 years? I want to say he converted something like 22/24 short yardage attempts... does anyone know the exact number?

• 2008 – Handed the ball 12 times on 3rd, or 4th down and 1, and converted 11 of those attempts into first downs (92%)
• 2009 – Given the ball 16 times in the same situation, and converted all of them (100%)
• 2010 – In the same situation, dished the ball 15 times and converted 14 of them (93%)
If these are accurate then that would make him 41/43 over the past 3 years and 30/31 over the past 2 years.

Headcoach material wouldn’t want to work somewhere they’re not trusted with actual football decisions.

Too bad he wasn't that accurate in his blocking assignments last year. He struggled.

I think there in lies the quagmire... his first two years in the league he was also one heck of a blocker... something happened last year. I don't know what it was but his blocking fell off the charts.
I remember him blocking the snot out of people in 2009 or was it 2008... which ever I do remember hearing his name and seeing replays of his blocking prowess prior to last year. That or I was imagining it, which will not discount.
