The Dolphins signed Kevin Burnett for exactly this reason, to replace Crowder. They're done.

Not sure he is a fit in a 3-4 defense but certainly he will help a 4-3 team. He's simply not big enough for this regime and he doesn't shed as well as a 3-4 MLB needs to.

Yeah, we have Burnett who I trust slightly more than Tatupu right now.

Couldnt believe Aqua told me last night we didn't sign anyone, I enjoyed a kick *** ratm concert at the Coliseum and no signings, well at least ratm came through.

 

He'd be interesting had we not signed Burnett. I think you also got to think that Dobbins will be getting some snaps too. He was a pretty big liability in the pass game but the guy can fill and take on defenders. I don't think its a stretch that Burnett gets subbed for Dobbins vs. Jumbo packages or goalline.

 

Agree on Dobbins, though I'm not a fan, we play 5 games against teams that feature heavy running attacks (Browns Jets x2, Raiders, Chiefs) so we still need a thumper at ILB.
