This is going to spark us. I see a good game, but I see us winning this one because of the Dolphins QB play. It's not like any of us is good anyway.
Dolphins up 23-17 with 1:10 to go with no timeouts left(of course). It's 3rd and 12 (of course). Pick six by Eric Smith. Down 24-23 Dolphins get the ball back with 0:50 to go. After three straight draws and a 15 yard first down to convert, a 7 yard swing pass is completed to Bush and the Dolphins turn it over on downs. Game over. I can totally see it happening after a pretty entertaining and competitive 58 minutes of football.
I think this game could go either way.The Fins have the surprise element going for it .Matt Moore may not be a franchise QB but he has a way of extending plays and making things happen out of nothing. I do think it will be a close game.
While I too believe it will be close, imvho, there is no way these 2 score a total of 47 points. My guess is 10 to 9 Jest.
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...gain-these-guys-arent-as-smart-as-they-think/ Keep it up Joe! I love his weekly rant. And 20-17 Jets keeping the Luck Train moving, unless the bye rest helps Daniel Thomas runs wild. If Green-Ellis could get 135 yards and 2 TDs, so can Thomas. Then I'd say 20-17 Dolphins.
Pretty much, especially since they would be beating such a powerful team. Both are desperate teams, but one is desperate in the "hey we're supposed to be a playoff team and that's about to poof" way, and the other is "uhh we don't want to get the #1 pick or at least not go 0-16." Before Henne got hurt I was going pick us to surprise here, with Matt Moore I just can't do it. I say Jest 20 - Miami 13.
3-2 Dolphins.Dolphins pic off Mancheese and run it down to the 1/2 yard line before the 1/2. 3 straight up the middles by Bush result in -5 yards. Carpenter nails the chip shot off the goal post then it lands on the crossarm balanced for 30 of the longest seconds in football history when a cloud shaped in the hand of Al Davis pushes the ball over. Dolphins open up the 2nd 1/2 by giving up a safety after which Sparano decides its safer to kneel and punt on every down than risk the lead. Dolphins D gets stoked off Sparanos confidence in them and forces 6 turnovers in their redzone. As "Fireman Ed" starts the gay *** J E T S chant on the final drive Sanchez throw a pic and time runs out. The crowd turns on "Fireman Ed" and proceeds to draw and quarter him. In an homage to Braveheart his head is put on a stake at the GWB.
I believe in this team no matter what happens. I'm just thankful that we can actually sellout home games and not lose purposely to get a good draft pick, which is ****ing embarrassing. Fortunately, you guys are used to that.
Alright, who told New York that the Jets suck? You know that was supposed to be a secret between us and the entire world. So because of their own failures, its time to hurl insults to other teams . Big difference here is the Phins knew they weren't going to the superbowl and even in their loses, remain classy.
You think the guy whose job was on the line decided to lose on purpose to get Andrew Luck? He's not going to be here. That would be the dumbest plan ever. The Jets got close for two seasons but this season it's not happening. I wouldn't be surprised to see them picking in the top ten this April. SOJ
