Lets face it guys, without a good or even decent QB we have no chance to right the ship. After what I saw from Henne and Thigpen today I don't think there is anything else that needs to be seen.
I was hoping we could maybe draft a franchise QB but I just don't think there will be anything left but crumbs for us. I think Miami has to bring in a veteran QB and give up our our first pick to do so. I think Orton of the Denver Broncos is the guy we should go after. Until we get a solid franchise QB expect more 7-9 type seasons.
We also will probably will have to draft a QB in addition to bringing in a veteran as Henne, Thigpen and Pennigton shouldn't be anything more than a #3 clipboard holder. Without a 2nd rounder we are very limited in our options. Meanwhile the Patriots have TWO picks in pretty much every round.

CK, name a QB (or more) that would realistically be available at #15 that you would be PSYCHED if we drafted.

All you have to do is look at Marshall's stats the last 3 seasons compared to this one to see what our issues were.
What is ironic is that Brandon Lloyd's numbers this season look very Marshall-esque ... those stats are very telling to me ... -

CK and Brandon Weeden are going to get married next week. I hear Juan Huron will be the bride's mate.

We don't need a QB. henne can be good if we surround him with a pro bowl offense..........wait a minute........I thought I was TP for a minute.
Just having fun with you TP. :wink2:ToddsPhins likes this. -

Eh, we'll do just fine with Henne after grabbing Tony Scheffler, Mankins, Bradshaw, Santonio Holmes, and drafting Mark Ingram, Greg Little, Owen Marecic, and trading next year's 1st for a G/RT. :shifty:....... :escape2:gunn34 likes this.
