i'm looking for ebooks, audio, websites, etc based upon any field of psych but preferably forensic/personality psychology.. if you have any FREE LEGAL resources you can point out to me please do so..

Check www.apa.org. They have a student section. There's also pubmed, a website with journal articles. Finally check your schools library website, they will often link to outside databases with articles as well.
