I believe the site should employ a power poll.
The old site used to have one at one time, that I ran one season. Now it did not have have a lot of voters, usually myself, Dr Aztrozoom, paquiviris (who probably is not aware of the site yet), and occasionally a couple of others. Unfortunately it was discontinued. I believe it should be revived.

I'm not sure that I understand what you mean by Power Poll. Are these weekly questions? Is it ranking teams? Sorry for the confusion but just curious.

I was reading in the FAQs that there was a poll available under the threads tools option, just like the other place. I don't see it so maybe it's something in the works and will be coming soon to a theater near you!

Ahhhhhh ... *I* know what you're talking about. It was a weekly kind-of-collaboratory column where several folks ranked the NFL teams 1-32. I forget, mf ... did you average the rankings?

Well, if we could assemble a panel of five or so VIPs and/or premies (myself included), I could generate the list each week and edit it into a column that could include highlights of comments from the panel. It could be a front-page fixture.

Yes Steve, we did average them. You would e-mail me you rankings, and I would run them through the spreadsheet.

As for the voters, it should include Steve (Dr.Aztrozoom) for the midwest view, myself for a west coast view, say a New York based poster (Phunwin, or Clumpy for example), a Miami based poster, a North/Central Florida poster, a Texas area poster, and maybe a northwest based poster. -
