Now, I'm not a genius, however "1 of 1" means a one of a kind item, however there are two of these:
I could be wrong though.
And here is how, the 195 dollar one claims that it is the "yellow" printing plate, meaning it only printed the yellow colors of the card, the other makes no such claim.

Looks like the two are different in regards to color, as you pointed out.
Looking at the feedback for the sellers, they seem legit. Just make sure you pay with PayPal and you're protected.
Might not be a bad idea to email the sellers to verify as well, if you're interested.
