Positive national exposure...dolphins?

Is it fair to say that outside of Odrick our entire front 7 has made a smooth transition to the 4-3?

I don't see how putting Odrick on the field is really materially any different from running a 3-4. We're putting the same personnel package on the field, and I'm not sure him rushing from outside the tackle is harder than as a 2-gap 5-technique in a base package.

Ndamukong Who ?
Starks is Elite, has been for a while now.
Moving him to NT that year was just a silly mistake. What a great signing though. Again, shall we ? -

He's having a great year. I guess we should forget about trying to resign him though because of our need at the receiver position.

I have never understood the individuals who state the Dolphins should trade Starks and move Odrick into Starks position.
If they are going to trade either of these players, it should be Odrick. -

Pay the man!

Starks is a playmaker.
Odrick is a body. -
Randy Starks...AFC def player of the week.
= TRADE -
Starks is only 28 years old. He is a top quality defensive lineman and well worth the Dolphins signing him to another three or four years contract. He is better than Odrick. It makes no sense to trade him or let him go in free agency. The Dolphins need to retain their best players, and Starks is most definitely one of their very best players. -
