8. Ronnie Brown, Miami Dolphins. Brown averaged more than five yards per carry last season before a season-ending knee injury. He has already been running well in the offseason, and with more of a commitment to the run and a solid line in front of him, Brown should emerge as a top-10 back again. http://www.sportingnews.com/yourturn/viewtopic.php?t=434762
If the man could stay healthy, he would be at least a top four or five back. I'm not going to argue with that ranking.
Good to see Ronnie finally getting some respect. Didn't ESPN or some other site rank him 19? What a crock that was.
If he's leading the NFL in yards from scrimmage again at the end of the year ** fingers crossed ** like he was when he went down, they can rank him outside of the Top 100 for all I care. It is nice to see him get ranked in the Top 10, but as alen1 said, until he can stay healthy a whole year, who can argue where someone puts him? I'm as big a Ronnie supporter as there is, but why argue? The talent's there for him to be Top 3 or better as an overall back, but he's got to stay healthy.
We can only watch, and hope, and pray. If Ronnie stays healthy, Ricky stays straight, and our OL gels, this could be a really fun year to watch our beloved Dolphins play offense.
I love Ronnie, he's the man! But as long as our rushing attack is ranked highly, I'm good cuz I love Ricky too. They can only help each other if both are successful.
It's nice to see Roonie getting some love in comparison to the rest of the AFC East: 9. Marshawn Lynch - Buffalo Bills 18. Thomas Jones - New York Jets 20. Laurence Maroney - New England Patriots
Yeah I would say the injury has knocked him back a couple of spots but if he regains his form its # 3, 4 or 5.
