Draft plan: Take QB, WRs, and TE first, then ignore depth and get nothing but RBs later on. Since my starters are so good at Qb, WR, and TE, I really dont need depth at those positions. I'm pretty good at spotting the hot FAs early on, so Im not worried about that at all.

    I was drafting 10th in a 10 man league.

    Round | Player | POS
    1 | Tom Brady | QB
    2 | Randy Moss | WR
    3 | Anquan Boldin | WR
    4 | Wes Welker | WR
    5 | Antonio Gates | TE
    6 | Thomas Jones | RB
    7 | Jonathon Stewart | RB
    8 | Chris Wells | RB
    9 | LeSean McCoy | RB
    10 | Leon Washington | RB
    11 | Chester Taylor | RB
    12 | Fred Taylor | RB
    13 | Mewelde Moore | RB
    14 | DALLAS | DEF
    15 | Michael Jenkins | WR

pretty good although i normally try to avoid multiple recievers from the same team, but if they have a year like 2years ago you will clean house.

Also, if DeAngelo Williams, Brian Westbrook, Willie Parker, or Adrian Peterson get injured I'm made. Until then Thomas Jones and Beanie Wells will have to do.

I like it. Might struggle with RB points early on but if Brady is healthy then they'll make up the points for you. 6 or 4 points for a passing TD? PPR? If both of those are yes then I like your team even more.

    Your RBs are awful.

The rest is nice. But like you said, you have no depth for your starters.

    I'd be concerned.

its PPR. plus, Thomas Jones was a leading fantasy back last year. im bound to have two good starters from my RBs. and im guaranteed to have a stud at every other position. people overvalue RBs ALOT. the nfl is WR driven now, elite WRs are as hard to get in FF as RBs used to be. Just like in 2007, Brady and Moss are undervalued heading into the season. Moss and Brady will both be first round picks in 2010.

Since there was no option for "Why the hell are you drafting a team in June?" I didn't vote.

Is this just a mock, or a real league?

Jones usually doesnt have back to back strong years; sell high, or in other words sell now.

Also find another WR for depth and maybe a different defense or at least a 2nd one.

Jones also has 2 other RBs to take his carries and no Brett Farve to make teams respect the pass. He's def set up for a down year.

I hope like heck you're in a PPR league where there's flexible formations. If you're not, those RBs are probably going to burn you. Be that as it may, oftentimes folks get into drafts where the RBs go fast and furious early, and you have to choose between a really good WR or a crummy RB. And this is a pretty good model for that draft strategy. I rated you a 2, but in retrospect, a 3 may be more appropriate.

And I will join the chorus of voices who are proclaiming a down year for Thomas Jones.
