Let's do this thing! The unveiling of the Jay Cutler version of this Dolphins team.

WR 1st String DeVante Parker 2nd String Jakeem Grant 3rd String Damore'ea Stringfellow (Other: Francis Owusu, Rashawn Scott)
NOTES: We'll see how many of the OL starters get reps. Pouncey may be in line for some. While Moore is QB1 on the website, I expect we'll see Cutler actually start with the ones.

S 1st String Nate Allen 2nd String T.J. McDonald 3rd String A.J. Hendy
NOTES: Godchaux may continue to start ahead of Phillips as the website seems out of date (it still had Raekwon on the depth chart, for instance). Hayes probably gets some early run down
work in place of Wake.
Let's go Phins!

My top things I am curious to see....
1) How aggressive is Cutler
2) How well does Cutler protect the ball versus expose it to INTs
3) Is there an expanded playbook with Cutler at helm
4) Is anything getting clearer at the LG and RG positions
5) How does Pouncey look, healthwise and performance wise
6) Is Jakeem Grant useful enough for me to give a **** about him
7) Drew "Capt. Morgan" vs "Du Maurier Lights" Stringfellow
8) Does Mike Hull spell 'the end of the world' for our run D and covering RBs out of the backfield
9) Does secondary look more co-ordinated this game?
10) Does Burke call better coverages for his D this time out
11) Does Cordrea show any extra movement up the depth chart with Lippett gone?
12) How do Eric Smith and Jesse Davis look?
13) Devante flashing some of that improvement
14) Does Julius Thomas do something positive out there this time?
15) Can this D, that's knocked the **** out of our own players, do some hard hitting against an opponent?resnor likes this. -

We have a lot of talent in the wide receiver department. Stringfellow has become a favorite of mine. Defensive line actually has some depth to it for a change, let's hope it stays that way.
Being that I am a Penn State fan, I have high hopes for Mike Hull defying the odds and becoming a solid player at the MIKE position.
Cutler is always entertaining one way or the other, can't wait to see him sling the rock.
-Oh, no injuries please, we've earned a rest from those.Bpk likes this. -
Anybody know if this is on in Orlando live?

I would like no injuries. The OL line right now is crap and if you throw them out just to protect Cutler you are risking injury for a meaningless preseason game. This is a slippery slope. I expect everything to be very vanilla.

I checked the listings yesterday and I think the game is being aired on NBC.
EDIT: Just checked, it's on NBC for me because I only live an hour away from Baltimore. For you people in Florida:
WFOR (CBS/4 - Miami)
WPEC (CBS/12 - West Palm Beach)
WBBH (NBC/2 - Fort Myers)
WFTV (ABC/9 - Orlando)
For those who don't have access to any of these channels..
Appropriate Google search terms and Reddit. That's all I'll say.Bpk likes this. -
Ricky, you good bro

I want to see smart play calling. Parker has been effective on deep slants. I'd like to see him attempt to connect to the Big 4. Myabe even see some backs catch out the backfield

Sam Young coming in with the clutch penalties. Dude needs to be careful, he's already on the roster bubble.

Matt Moore > Jay Cutler .. Cutler would be good off the bench.

Am I the only one the remembers last year? Haven't had a lot of time to post lately. Jay Cutler is Jay Fiedler with a better arm, and one foot out of football. Matt Moore Had 105 QBR for Miami last year.
I know Miami is most likely gonna start Cutler, but I think it was a pointless unless they wanted an expensive back up. MM deserves the job he earned it last season.bigballa2102, dolphin25, Finster and 1 other person like this.
