NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports the Ravens are now considering trading up to the No. 2 spot in the draft to select Matt Ryan.
The draft's delayed start time this year is leading to a circus of news and reporting. St. Louis seems set on Chris Long at this point, but would have to consider moving down if Baltimore's offer is generous. Of course, overpaying is not something Ravens GM Ozzie Newsome is known for.

NFL Network's Scott Hansen reports the Ravens have decided against trading up in the draft to select Matt Ryan.
It's believed St. Louis wanted the Ravens' first-, second-, and fourth-round picks. Baltimore now seems likely to take a quarterback with its second-rounder or quite possibly try to move back into the end of round one.
